Shipping

Wellred Books ships books to any address in the world with a valid postcode. All orders are usually shipped the next working day unless public holidays prevent postage. Allow for extra delivery time between the last week of December and the second week of January, and between the last week of July and the end of August.

Prices

Shipping prices are based on the latest estimates from Royal Mail, taking package weight and delivery address into account. Customers can choose from different delivery classes and speeds, which vary according to the country of destination.

NON-UK CUSTOMERS: Please also note that although printed matter does not normally incur import charges, VAT, etc. if your country does have a policy of charging then you will be responsible for paying any taxes, duties or fees which may be levied at point of entry.

Delivery

We will try to ensure the speedy delivery of your orders. However we cannot guarantee the quality of the postage. We do not use tracking numbers and so cannot monitor what we have posted or do better than give you an estimated delivery date.

Depending on your chosen delivery class, a rough guideline for the number of days between receiving an email confirming the dispatch of an order and its arrival is as follows:

UK Orders: 2-5 working days
Non-UK European Orders: 3-6 working days
Rest of the World Orders: 10-30 working days

Returns & Replacements

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just return it to us in its original condition within 7 working days of receiving it and we will issue a full refund or a replacement to your satisfaction. This complies with European law regarding a 7-day cooling off period for all online orders. We will also refund the delivery charge if the return is a result of our error.
